At The Gilded Stand, I handle every vintage plate and tiered stand with the utmost care. I want your heirloom to arrive as beautiful as it looks in the photos.

1. Processing Time

Every piece is hand-curated and carefully inspected before it leaves my studio in Port O'Connor, Texas.

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and packed, although most orders go out within 2 business days.

  • Custom Commissions: Lead times for custom work will be discussed at the time of order.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

I primarily ship via USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is created.

3. Packaging

Because I deal in fragile treasures, I don't skimp on the bubble wrap. Your stands are often shipped disassembled to ensure they survive the journey. Note: Simple assembly instructions are included with every tiered stand.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

The Gilded Stand is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you have a specific concern about porch pirates, please contact me before shipping to request a "Signature Required" delivery for a small additional fee.
