Return & Refund Policy

At The Gilded Stand, I take great pride in the curation and craftsmanship of every piece in the Collection. Because these items are unique, vintage, and often repurposed, please review the following policy:

1. Returns

Due to the fragile and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage china, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of heart" or accidental orders. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged Items

I pack every order with "Gilded" care, but I know the mail can be rough. If your item arrives broken or damaged:

  • Please contact me at coleneonthecoast@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

  • I will work with you to offer a replacement from current inventory, or issue a refund.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 12 hours of purchase. Once an item has been dropped at the post office, the sale is final.
